Weel, watched the PBS quilt shows, then went back to bed for another 3 hours. Glad if I'm going to get a cold it's over a long weekend.

I have a QIAd question. I am basically lazy. Which book contains the "Twin Sisters" block? I know I saw the show on TV, but I don't remember when. I really would like to do this one for Paducah.

Heated some soup for dinner. I'm saving my leftover filet from last night for a school lunch. Also, DH likes a simple meal on a day we go out after a large one.

I really am going to go sew in a little while. I am seeing the end of the mystery quilt from my guild. Just have to be careful with the 9000 points. At least it feels like it.

My dad sent DS1 some money for his birthday, so we went out and let him pick out a toy. he got a Star Wars game that plugs directly into the TV, so he's currently blowing up robots. We spent most of the day running around, had to do errands and stuff. i think I'm going to go take a nap now:)

Chriss--we will be coming up from Southern Calif. We have stayed in Oakhurst before darn why didn't I look for a quilt shop

I love Bass Lake, My nephew and his in-laws have a cabin in the area and love it there.

Well I need to get back to those schoolhouses.....almost done with 14

It is sooo nice having good needles! I've gotten more quilting done in the last 10 minutes(all the time I've been able to get today) than I got in the two days before I had them! Yay!
