Jana--these were supposed to be California poppies--at least what you get from a packet of seeds. They are as close as I'll get, I guess. They may be a little more "golden" than they show. They still give me the feeling of "home" regardless... We had the nasturtiums in our yard, too, but I love the poppies!!!

Billizzy, my DH was the CSM at Landstuhl hospital from '04-'07, so if your cousin was in the hospital during that timeframe, it is entirely possible they met there. So sorry to here of his injuries, but it sounds like he made a good recovery. Next time you talk to him, tell him we thank him for his service and his sacrifice.
My DH isn't home right now but I will ask him when he gets home if he knows anyone by that name. Boy, wouldn't that be something! Do you know the name of the contractor he works for?
Mel

Lucky I have the WW basket of stuff...and can resume.
Mary/Rose glad you have resolved the problem I know how frustrating it can be, I had promises from them to cease and they still did it, So we had to resort to threars,,,,why don't companies just listen to their customers?
Suzette I have washed a quilt like that too threads every where,,,
I now resort to washing the quilt when it is bound and ready to go... I first use raytane then regular wash to keep it from running.
Dolores glad the party was a success,,,Ours was too. We had a great time with family and friends
well the kids are getting restless BBL XXXOOO
