Good night all. I spent the last couple of hours piecing a quilt and now I am tired. Tomorrow I have 3 medical tests to do in order to help determine why I have vertigo constantly. I hope they can find out for me.

Don't think I have ever entered anything on this site - but ya know about insomnia.. I have had it for a wee. Ambien CR isn't working and I haven't been on it that long - yr. may. Original doseage was too high, so cut back, not take 2 5 mg. Also take an RX for restless leg syndrome. Think my insomnia is due to taking care of my 4 yr old DGS. He has ADHD and I have Cifds. He wears me out. Really, I didn't know he was this bad, but has gotten beter since I came here in July. My DD, doesn't understand, my CFIDS - says she does, but she doesn't have a clue. Have had 12 hours os sleep since Tues night, so will try it again after my "Tension Tamer" tea. Daughter if off this wkend with fiancee taking scuba diving lessons, as they will honeymoon in Antigua for a week in June. Sean in with his dad this weekend. I drove him to their meeting place, since he lives in Aurora and I was not happy I had to do it, I always get lost. Was ok going to the location--45 min. due to heavy Denver traffice and 2 hours to get home! I got lost Do better in daytime, but at night = forget it.
Sorry for my ramblings, but I wan with Sean from 7:15 Am until 6:30 Pm 5 days aweek and today I just crashed - Sean didn't help matters either - it is his way or else.
