Re: Friday January second
Just wanted to pop in and check.... I'm ready for bed, and it was a long but WONDERFUL day today!!
Can't wait until I get home and Keith's operation is over, and then maybe I can check in once in a while!
Hugs to you all.

Hey All, It's 10 here put a fork in me...I am done...My DD called and she just wanted to gab...seems a doll I bought her when she was 8yo is now worth around 1500 dollars or more. She has all her dolls in original boxes so I told her it was up to her she could sell if she wanted and she said NO...(I'm kind a glad)
Chriss the pattern I am contemplating is called "Center Ice" , by Glendora's Girl. It is a little scarey. But I will give it a try...all the blocks are 6.5 so It will be a lot of blocks. I do need to finish a baby quilt first then I will "fart for fabric" for the new project.
Everyone have a great night....XXXOOO love to all.

Re: Friday January second
I've come on to check up on everyone - and to calm down a little! We went to dinner with friends, and then came back here to play cards. As the game ended our guest, Dave, said he wasn't feeling very well, turned very pale, sweaty, shaky and nauseous. My DH took his blood pressure, which was VERY low and his pulse was very weak. We called 911 and now he's gone to the hospital. Paul has driven his wife (my quilting buddy) to the hospital. I'm trying to calm myself by looking on the forum!
Please say a little prayer for Dave!

Ann - Prayers are being said for Dave and his wife. It was good you were with them.
Just poping in to see how everyone is doing. Just came in from going out to eat and a Borders/Barnes and Noble stop. We got the Mary Tylere Moore Show season 1. I think I must go see an episode.
Goodnight everyone.

Rosie, I tell ya, DH's can't bend at the waist... that is why they can't find most things.
Grammie, couldn't DGS find a easier sport.... like Basket ball... a ball and a hoop... and baaam, you're done... that pattern looks a little tough.
Wow Ann, that must have been scarry, prayers will go to Dave and to his wife also.... she must be worried sick....
DGD needs me to go watch dragontails on tv... you all have a great night,
Chriss

Ann, just want you to know I am saying prayers for your friend, Dave.
How frightening. I sure hope he is ok.

Re: Friday January second
Thanks, everyone. I've had 2 calls from DH from the hospital. They've found an 'irregularity' in the EKG and have hinted that they'll keep Dave overnight at least. They've not SAID he's had a heart attack. Have done blood tests and are waiting for results. I'm so glad my DH is there with LaVerna. I'm staying up and dressed so that I can go if/when needed. He drove LaVerna to the hospital in their car.
