I'm asking for prayer for my sweet Aunt Judy, who is battling bladder cancer. She was admitted via the ER two days ago and now her kidneys are failing. She has taken another turn for the worse.

Good morning!
This must be a quick type through - Sarah is calling me to help make fudge and I need to make the divinity - it is snowing like mad outside. We so far got about 3 inches in about 2 hours, but the worst was this morning - around 3 a.m., it rained very hard, then turned very cold - ice froze to the roads and now the snow is on top of that! So glad that I get to stay home today - I was supposed to babysit at Matt's, but that appointment was cancelled. Whew! A hockey rink is not as slick as the roads here today! LOL
Well I am off to try my hand at divinity in the snow - divinity is very tempermental!

Cindyg: oh yes, the dogs did get mixed up. I just saw Scottie and didn't realize that her reply was to you. I am sorry. I sure do have a lot of "senior moments" lately. LOL
Update for all of you who asked about Willy. The vet was pleased with his progress, however, he needs to stay on the antibiotic a little longer to get the infection completely gone. I hate giving the pills, but Willy is such a good little boy, he doesn't like it either, but were working together and we will get it DONE!!! The hair is beginning to grow back now and he is not licking so much.
Had to laugh at the Vet, he said Willy is an unemployed Beagle. He is a hunting hound out of a job. So we need to make sure to give him much more exercise. A tired dog is a happy dog, he said. So Willy is loving it, that he is getting more walks. It will be good for us too, I am sure.
Well, that's the update. Gotta run, getting my check books balanced today. Good job to have done for the month.

Update -snow still falling - no let up in sight - so far over a foot has fallen with another three predicted.
