I'm back! DH said he had to go to Port Orchard - 18 miles up the road - and invited me along. Bidda badda boom and I'm done with my Christmas shopping! Just a few more stocking stuffers to get. and a few small things for DH. So now this afternoon, I'm in a wrapping frenzy.

and when we got home, my sister called (she lives in CO) and asks if we were serious when we invited them for Christmas. Well, heck, yeah! So now we're having company for the holidays. She has a whole box of gifts (mostly goofy things we got at thrift shops) that we handed over to them last August when we met in MT, so she's hauling all those back here. and her son and DIL live her so we'll have them on Christmas Eve, too. I'm so excited!

Sharon, I'm still rooting for cats - or a dog. With any rodent-esque pet you have to buy habitats, bedding, water bottles, etc. Plus, I like to sleep with my pets (sounds odd, but many of us do!) and I wouldn't be sleeping with any rodents!

Got to go. These gifts aren't wrapping themselves.
