Good Morning Everyone......it is still morning it I hurry and get this posted ASAP!!!!!!

Happy Belated Birthday Chickie!!!! I am so sorry that it slipped by me. Seems like since I had my surgery my brain isn't working to good! (That is my story & I am sticking to it!)

My Drs. appt. went well he doesn't think at this point I will need radiation treatments YEAH!!! another hurdle jumped! Only if that one test which I won't know the rest of that until the 5 th of Dec. if it is in the high end then we may have to change the plan of treatment so if all goes well looks like it will be the pill for 5 yrs.

Chriss....I am feeling much better still don't have much get up and go but the incisions are healing that is good. Thanks for asking.

Got to run everyone if I am going to post before noon! :)

Good morning!

Judi - Only 27 totes? LOL - I have at least that many - and I was counting the days until I can bring them upstairs to put out - I have a deadline to have the house decorated - there is a party here on the 10th - so I have to be done. Y'all started getting smaller and more manageable trees - I did just the opposite - got a bigger one! It is almost 10 feet tall - needed to be for the space it sits in at this house. Oooooh - I love Christmas!!!!

Chriss - the Hot Chocolate quilt is a BOM that Sarah did from a LQS here in Utah - it is snowmen skiing, skating, sledding, etc and cups of chocolate appliqued on the top - a fun quilt! Very scrappy too.

We are trying to get FIL's stuff still straightened out - the credit card is the worst with Amazon charges - can't tell one from another and SIL is not helping in the least bit. Now, she e-mailed and told us that the card is missing! Such a dilemna! Do we turn the charges in as fraud or not - we are pretty sure that she was using the card to supplement her lifestyle, at the expense of her father. We turn in the charges as fraud - she is in trouble with the law - oh the mess she wove! At least we stopped and froze the card last month.

Sarah and I are having fun with Robin - learning to use her is going to take awhile - so the first quilt will just get meandered for the quilting - just to get the feel of the machine.

Yesterday my activity day girls did wonderful with being my guinea pigs on learning how to make the beaded/ribbon ornaments. I gave them basic instructions and showed them the finished picture of what it should look like - theirs came out beautifully! So the other girls that are younger will be able to do it too - my girls will help them out. So that party is ready to go - all the planning is done - just need to execute the plan!

We will be getting snow this week-end - a lot of it and even down here in the valley - they say it will melt off here, but be good for the resorts in the mountains - come ski Utah! The greatest snow on earth! - my addition - just as long as it stays in the mountains!

Well better scoot - uglies are screaming at me - need to get them out of my hair!

Hugs
Jana

Tea Break...

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Chickie. Sorry I missed you yesterday.

Becca.....it sounds like you have a handle on Christmas sewing. I hope to make some aprons & table toppers for Christmas. Fleece will make warm quilts.

Chriss....happy to hear you have a clear weekend. Will there be sewing 'fun'?

Maryz....I would like some color on my white wall. I'm thinking cranberry for the bed room...one wall. I like the sound of your colors. Did you like the new shop even with the goof-ups? I love your tessellating quilt. What color. Three weeks!! You can do it.
I'm going to TX on the 25 & coming home the 29. Not a long trip. OK we'll try to coordinate a visit. I would love that.

Cindyg....No, no extra luggage. I'm bringing very little clothing, it's a short trip. Hope you feeling better.

Maryq..........congrats on your selling the scarves. Can we see some??
That stuff so so soft.

Velda....It's good to be you a little warm down there. Happy sewing.

Izzy....that must have been a hoot on El's show. Great story!

Karlene....you little Lady Bug must have looked so sweet.

Chickie...I do the crazy dream thing if I go back to sleep. I love pecans on my chicken/cranberry salads. Hope to pick up some in TX.

BBL....Kathy

Just got done feeding a busting ice in water basins Time for the heaters to be dropped in momma goats are getting big and milk sacks are filling up. boy did I miss peanuts due date. Yikes she is still carrying them but they are low now so not much longer. Tail tendons down to one more to loosen and then delivery. :) I have 7 in this barn pregnant and only 3 stalls so rotation rotation rotation ahhhhhhh. But only 3 at time are due close to each other so should have 2 sets of deliverys:) and of course the cold weather has already hit. this weekend is prep for stalls and clean out. Dust off the cob webs off the heat lamps and reset them too. Who said farming was easy LOL Fun yes Easy NO:) I did buy me some fleece lined tights to go under my skirts:)) Oh yeah gets a bit chilly in the barn during delivery time. I have spent hours with my girls and many sleepless nights:) But such a blessing watching each lil one be born and how they change by next day:)

You all really need to be thinking of names: 10 of them at least LOL boys dont get names so pray for girls:))
