Hi....

Today just sped by!! House & sewing are looking good. I often get so discouraged when I do little projects. I wanted to have my flag hanging for all the flag needed holidays coming....but flag holder is too small for my flag poll. Tomorrow back to H Depot to work it out.

Sharona....I need to get some plants tomorrow....arborvitae to provide some privacy on the patio. how was your Indian food fest?

Maryz....yes I always set the alarm....I'm not happy when I sleep late. In NY on non work days I didn't, the birds always woke me. Now I Have more woods but less birds. They don't even eat my seed. Well I'll have to try the Cracker Barrel out!

Jodie....I'm so happy to hear Caleb's good news. What a tiny fighter....God bless him.

Chickie....what a wonderful wonderful surprise!! Happy for you!!!!

Mel...men can be a hand full when thier sick. Hope your dad is better soon.

Off to shower.....maybe sew...

DH came to visit me at our DDs yesterday, because it rained and he couldn't plant anything. He had a really restless night. At 5 a.m. we got a call from the hospital that his father had passed away. Then, he was able to rest while I went to therapy. He said he guess he knew something was wrong. So, he could not spend another night as he had planned, he had to go home to make arrangements. Hospice called him and met him on the trip home to sign papers, I ordered the flowers for him. Now he and one brother will go make arrangements, probably for Saturday. I am not allowed to travel or stay by myself, so my sil is offering to take the boys to his mother, and stay and take care of their animals and check on me so dd can go and spend the night so her daddy is not alone. those that remember all we've been through with him realize what a blessing it is that the poor man's suffering is now over. Pray for his family that they can all get through this with dignity and at least I am removed from all of that. God does work in mysterious ways. I will certainly miss him.

it's such a good day.... grandma just got back from her doctor for her follow up.. she can do all the things she used to do, she is just fine.... she still gets a little tired and needs a nap during the day, but can eat whatever she wants and do whatever she wants... and to celebrate they stopped at Red Lobster on the way home and she pigged out...

Sharona, around here plants are gopher food and bulbs are squirrel food... I don't like gophers and squirrels...

Kathy, Cracker Barrel is where we stop anytime we go to the midwest.. their cheesy potatoes are marvelous...it's not my favorite place but Jerry loves it.... glad you found your odd store.

Cindyg.. I bet I could sneak some hexi's in there and you'd never notice... I bet you could bling a hexi...xo

Maryz.. it was cool here today too... and very windy.. now I wonder who you picked (Derek and Kelly) and who Bill picked (the foot ball guy?)

Jodi, glad Caleb is improving... Sunday will be here before you know it.

Jana... a camping trip sounds fun if there is a motel room...lol... I camped a lot when I was a kid but love the comfort of an indoor potty.

Chickie... what a blessing to get a box of fabric to keep... wow, it's good to be you... hope you fill us in if DGS had a date... it's great when they clean up and just make your chin drop...what a sweetie your DSIL is to make you a hexi.... and I love gizzards, wish I was there.

Karlene, talk about spoiled.. a pintastic?... you lucky girl...

Mel, sorry your dad is in the hospital.. maybe your mom needs a nurses outfit and he will think he's in the hospital and take his meds? hugs and prayers to you and them.

I pray you all have a good night,...

Chriss
