Well ladies you all get started very early. Since I go into work at 6 AM I get home arountd 3 so I have some time to play. I just sent my quilt top and backing to the long arm specialist.
I have a jump on the wedding shower gift.
Now I have the baby shower gift that I am working on BUT I have to find another piece of fabric since I used the directions for the circle magic and bought the amount of fabric they suggest and here I am no extra . I have to start looking on line for it. If anyone knows the wereaouts or location of a quilt shop that might carry Hoffman the flannel is called animal crackers with a tan backround.
Thanks Ladies
You are the best

Hmmmmm y'all are the cleaning energizer bunnies and it reminds me that I really need to clean out my closet. I usually do it right after New Years but I failed to do it this year. I hear Goodwill calling me.

Grammie, what an accomplishment, that's great...I have a feeling, I've found your 8#..It's really hard trying to get rid of the pounds when you're on vacation...

Re: Good Tuesday to you all...
Not the best day for me here. I had to go and have a tooth filled which is an ordeal for me. I have to take medication just to get into the office (long story.) I got a call from my daughter this morning she hurt her back yesterday and she went down today on the floor and couldn't get up. As I had already taken this medication I couldn't drive so I send up her brother to get her up. He spent the day with her helping to keep the kids occupied. Tia made her a supper and when she dropped us off at the dentist (Caleb had 4 teeth filled today too) she ran up and dropped off the supper at Shannons. I came home and climbed into bed and slept for 4 hours. I woke up at 6 and couldn't believe the day is gone. So needless to say no sewing happened today nor will happen. I feel just like going back to bed.

Re: Good Tuesday to you all...
Well, my plans for sewing this afternoon got shot down. DH wanted to go somewhere on the other side of town to get the printer cartridges refilled and wanted me to go w/ him.
So, off we went. I browsed the mall while he waited, picked up some earrings at Clair's and some cookies. For some reason, the only earrings I can wear are Clair's hypoallergenic or 14K gold. Since I like earrings, I hit Clair's.
Of course, I stopped at a LQS on the way to dinner and got some needed FQs. Went to a diner for dinner. Remember, I have limited tummy room and I really wanted a bacon/swiss burger. Well, their burgers are 1/2 lb. So I ordered the burger, DH ordered eggs and took 1/2 my burger instead of bacon or sausage. I still couldn't finish mine.
So now am home and very tired. The kids all left their brains at home this morning. Out of 22, only 3 knew how many days in a week or months in a year. This on top of a short sleep night. The phone rang at 3 a.m. and that always scares me to death.
JW, next time get a BUNN coffee maker. They cost more but an entire pot is done in 3 minutes.
OK, I've rattled enough. Need to go change clothes, I really need to get this bra off!!!
