CaroleJ - We like games here, too - and there aren't even any kids! We love Rummikub. I got Phase 10 and Uno Attack for Christmas - and a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle.

MAWmum - hope you won't hurt tonight after your fall! A good time to get pampered a little!

Working on a 6" block with lots of pieces. Kinda a challenge for me, since I rarely work with such small pieces. But it's turning out OK. I may go for the Victory Quilt with the 6" blocks after all.

It's been a dreary, foggy day here - a good one to be inside sewing!

Have guild meeting tonight.

Cyber-hugs to all!

Hi all! Thought I'd stop over and say hi. We got back into going school today so I've been busy with that. No sewing today but I'll work on my Grandmother's Flower Garden tonight at Orchestra practice. I haven't worked on that in a long time.

MAWmum glad you didn't get hurt in you fall!

Enjoy the snow.

So sorry about your fall MAMmum. Please take care of yourself. They were just having a report on the news about all the people that are falling and being treated at the hosp.

I am working on the Flying Geese mystery quilt from Knitoid and have run into a problem. I pm'ed Knitoid about it, I hope she comes on the computer and sees it.

I have not sewed for so long, it feels good to get back at it. It sounds like everyone is getting back into the groove of everyday life. I came down here to set up my new printer. I got a printer, copyier, and scanner wireless. Had to see if it worked with my laptop. Actually got it all to work all by myself. I am so proud. I am pretty computer illiterate. lolo

Aaah Carin, please be careful in that awful snow and ice! I am sorry you are hurting!

The Stashbusters are really helping me! I worked at quilting again today on the Irish Chain and now only need to quilt the borders. I am so excited I may do it tomorrow! I did clean the sewing machine. I also did a couple loads of laundry and cleaned house a bit. Well DH just called and I need to look at what we are having for dinner. It will be some leftovers but I think I need to do something.

Believe me MAWmum, I am so very thankful you did not hurt yourself seriously or break something!!!!!! Now I already have the "KLUTZ" ranking here my dear friend, so give it up. LOL Seriously, you take care sweetie. Take a long soak in a hot bath. Be CAREFUL!

Hugs & Love

Chriss - No way do I have bragging rights! Bragging rights belong to WeSignificant alone! She has finished everything she set out to do for the month of January!! (See Swaps - "Stashbusters"). I may finish mine, but it will be at the end of the month! It is helping to have decided what to work on though.

Carin - Take a soak in the tub using ebson salts. That is good for taking away pain.

Actually take away is too strong a word, but it will alleviate it and make it feel better.
