Hi EVerybody
Just got home from my errand running. Made it to Post Office, bank, oil change and Target....tummy is growling so should probably find something for lunch soon.
It's so wonderfully quiet in the house.. DD is at work and I think I'll head down to the sewing machine before I change my mind and take my afternoon siesta! My magic couch looks so tempting and it's COLD and windy here in MN today so a snooze under a nice warm quilt sounds GREAT!!
Hope everybody is having a wonderful day

Break time...Had a nice surprize in the mail today....last summer when there was flooding a request was made for quilting supplies to be sent to an Iowa quilt guild whose members had lost all their quilting stuff along with their homes. I sent a box of supplies and today in the mail I recieved a quilt book with some really nice patterns in it and the designers newest pattern as a thank you. I didn't expect it....but soo nice....bbl

I slept till 11. I really need to get on a schedule. Now I am putting up some Christmas trees. Then my sister is spending the night and we are heading to Chicago tomorrow for the Lambs Farm Craft Show. I have not been in several years. It will be fun. Geri

Hello gals, I'm trying to pull myself up by the boot straps and get back among life outside of a hospital. DH is in the process of flying back to Florida and I'm still in Warsaw Indiana. No sewing going on but am starting to think about it.
Marymargaret, My sister wrote about a truck load of live pigs getting tipped over on some highway in your neck of the woods. They were running all over everywhere with one of them chasing the policeman who was trying to catch it! I would love to see the video of that!

Back from the doctor. Stress test said I am fine. HURRAY But I knew that. I have quite a few PVC's which is a different type of heartbeat. Can be caused by lots of things, but for me at this time it is probably stress. At least Max will get his walk today, he will be so happy.
Got some more Christmas cards in the mail today, I love it..... No pictures though...

Re: Good Morning... at 3AM
I just finished the 30 women's gifts for the nursing home (did 25 men's Tues. evening and Wednesday.) Got slowed down a little when my right middle finger got in the way of the rotary cutter. (I'm left handed) It took a while to stop the bleeding, the second time. I forgot and put pressure on it and started it again. Then, everything took longer because I couldn't use it. I had someone dropping by the house so decided to run in and put on makeup which I had not done because I was sewing all day. Well, found out that is the finger I use to apply my makeup. Finally decided I had been without all day, I'd go the rest of the day without. Gonna try to make gs a pair of pjs tomorrow.
Time for a break now, so my back can recover.
