Thank you to all veterans. My dad, son, husband, father in law, uncle and some very dear friends.

I had PT today and they worked on some soft tissue massage. I've iced twice and may do one more before bed. It's really sore. I was going to go to Guild tonight, but sitting in a folding chair would have been too uncomfortable. Hope you all had a great day .
