Diane, happy birthday to Joe. Hope it's a good year.

Chriss, I've been making meatballs my entire adult life. I finally got it down to being pretty easy. I mix the meats, cheese, herbs, and whatnot with my mixer, then use a 2 ounce cookie scoop to make the meatballs. Very little handling to make them round. I cook them in sauce either on the stove or in the oven. It took me a while to figure out the easy way, but I happy to share my shortcuts.
