Valerie, You are blessed to have a helpful DH. I didn't realize you were still having breathing issues, sorry. 😟

I never found the cards nd ran up for new ones...then I baked a loaf of banana brad I didnt have any walnut so I used pecans I had in the freezer. it came out good. While the bread was baking I ended up cleaning my kitchen pantry and the spice shelf.....boy did I toss a bunch of spices...some i bought and will never ever use again and some were from 2021 and 2022...I filled a bag with old bottles. I also have a spice drawer and refilled all of those jars s needed...I have 3 large bottles of chili powder...and 2 paprikas i should make a list so i wont repeat buy these.
Tumeric is an anti inflammatory with out the blood thinning effects it is sold with black pepper in it...even my cardiologist said it is great for the heart and as an anti inflammatory it helps with arthritis...I hve been taking it for years, it does take about 2 weeks to start working and a lot of people give up on it..but I lnow it works when I was forced to stop taking it after my surgery...all of the aches and pains came back with a vengence...Im bak on it and the aches are going away again...xxxxxxxxxoooooooo
