Good morning everyone 🌞
I have 2 little boys here 🥰 best way to wake up to having kiddos in the house 🥰🥰 Matthew requested chocolate chip pancakes and Elijah wanted eggs and sausage so that's what I made LOL I was telling Maria that we went and bought corn dogs and chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese yesterday so we'd have the boys favorites LOL she laughed and said "you're such a Gramma" 🥰😭🤣 yep that's me.
Flo, it's called Star Trek Section 31, I'm not sure if it's a movie or series I've only seen it advertised once so far.
Val and Chriss, no Jazmyne didn't have a say in where the mom drove but she had told Holly on speaker that she'd take the back roads and Jazmyne argued with Holly about it which is what got her in trouble. Her boyfriend's mom has a mouth on her like a sailor and says terrible things to her kids and it kills me but Jazmyne sticks up for her instead of admitting it's wrong..... that kind of stuff. Jazmyne is the true definition of a hormonal teenager and the boyfriend's mom is not having a good influence on her...... it's getting pretty bad.
Maryq, oh goodness I feel for your brother. Sadly there's usually a traumatic event that causes people to be hoarders, it's a mental disorder and an addiction so unless they want help for themselves it doesn't matter what anyone else tries to convince them of they just can't stop.
Judi, a storage room in the basement for Christmas decorations is perfect in my book...... Ken's opinion isn't popular on this forum LOL. Your sister's after Christmas Christmas party sounds so fun!!
Lois, what is your next quilt?
Lyn, your sewing shed will be looking pretty spiffy in no time, I bet you're super excited! We only put about 7k miles a year on our vehicles combined LOL I guess we're home-bodies huh LOL
Maryz, Jamie is doing ok and has remembered quite a bit from the day but not all of it, he does remember his head started hurting and he was really confused and he couldn't remember where Janelle was. I did notice that he's repeating himself some still though.
My foot is better today than the last 2 days, at least I can get around today without the cane.
Last night Kevin and Maria asked me if they could hire me to make her mom a quilt for next Christmas.... funny thing was I was just thinking yesterday that I should make her mom one, she's such a sweet lady ❤️
Well I need to go pay attention to some boys.
You all have a great day!
Prayers for all in need 🙏
Tina

Chriss, Bingo sounds fun. I'd go with you if I live closer. Sometimes I try to change the subject with dad, but he goes right back to the loop. Funny, not funny.

Tina, how fun to have the boys over. I bet they love spending time with you. Sounds like someone should have a word with the boyfriends mother. Some women hang around younger people because they can't grow up.

Jana, lucky you to have the Amaryllis keep blooming.

Maryq, funny about the broccoli comment. Glad you are in the clear.

Lyn, I bet you are excited to see your sewing room coming to life. It will be a great space when it's done.

Valerie, I don't thing the squirrels are cute. We call them tree rats. They are just a rat with a fluffy tail. They are very destructive. They've chewed into the cable wire a few times.

Judi, I think a storage room is smart. If you have the room, why not.

The boys are at the groomers. They were happy getting in the car, but not happy when they took them back in the grooming area. We are trying a new groomer, since the pet place we were going shut down.
I've been vacuuming and washing dog quilts while they're gone. Much easier without dogs around. Molly is helping though. She knows the dogs are gone and is quite happy about it.

Dinner will be burritos.

Have a lovely day.

Good afternoon from a very snowy, very cold, SW. Pa....Remember all those nice warm days we had here in Pa. in the fall???Well, Mother Nature is not getting even...But, I'm kind of a firm believer in hibernating and I have enough stuff in the house, I could stay inside for at least a month.....Of course, my sister has already called and wanted to get together either tonight or tomorrow night to play cards???????Last week, she was on her death bed with that nasty virus that is going around and this week wants to party! I've already told her my front steps are snow covered and the broom is at the bottom of the steps and I can't reach it and who would have thought to get the snow shovel out of the shed, sorry!

MaryZ, I know how you feel about the littles being almost as tall as you....Lena is very tall and has big feet...The last time she was here, I was wearing her slippers...Of course my smart a** daughter Kathy said, when Lena grows out of her clothes she'll send them to me, especially her bras..The abuse I take in this family! lol....But, now Lena informed us, she needs a new Teal afghan...Has the yarn already picked out, Kathy ordered it and it will be delivered here tomorrow...Not too long ago, I made her a quilt but now she needs a afghan because the quilt is for her bed and the afghan is for when she snuggles on the couch....I did see that one of the Hays eagles was sitting on a limb near where the nest had been...I'm not sure what had happened but do know, there is another nest not too far from the original one but has no cameras...When I can, I watch the Ft. Myers nest and those babies are at that cute fluffy stage now.......Just yesterday I had breakfast with a friend who is leaving to go back to her house in Florida on Monday and of course asked me to go with her...Even my kids keep saying, I should just go down for the rest of the winter....Sure does sound tempting but, thinking about BabyGirl, she's not a traveler and I sure couldn't leave her again.....And by the way, the cruise was wonderful, absolutely perfect! Every island that we visited was special, people were great and the food on board was unbelievable, of course...Could not have asked for a better vacation and even have tan lines to prove I was in the sun, lol.....

Tina, wow, what an adventure Jaz had but so glad she's allowed to come over....I'm sure, it's something she'll not forget.....
Jana, you really hit the jackpot with that amaryllis, I'll bet it was gorgeous...I've only had 1 or 2 that bloomed and 1 did surprise me with 5 blooms...A friend of mine was telling me about her husband not being able to think straight after his surgery....Would be so frustrating...Thank goodness you have Sarah...

Judi, what a great gift idea...Just might have to try to remember that for next year...Boy, could I get rid of a bunch of stuff, lol.....I did have a friend who would put things she didn't want any longer, nice stuff, in bags and when you visited, you had to take a bag with you when you left......How is the knee feeling? You seem to be back to your super self.....

Well, once again, my time is up....My job today is to paint some baseboard trip that I just had put down and also I'd like to scrub my bedroom carpet....I'm going to be getting new flooring in the craft/sewing room and really should be thinking of clearing that out, yikes! Always something.....
Not sure what dinner might be but I do have chicken thawing....Maybe chicken ala king.....

You all have a great rest of the day, stay warm, be careful.........

Just a quick note for LoriHolt fans. In case you hadn’t noticed today Quilt In A Day has her book, Home Quilt, or is it Quilt Home. Anyway, freight damaged books on sale 35% off. I have ordered many freight damaged quilts from QIAD and they are all in near perfect condition. This was just a PSA.
