OK. I can officially pat myself on the back for being a good wife! The elves were able to change the lights to what Mr G wanted. So I surprised him just now, showing him the new lights! They are done and it only took about a hour for the first time install. They will come in January, take down, box and store for me until next October and do it again. I like that!

Lois, there's always a learning curve when trying out new machines. Glad you're able to fix it yourself.
Jana, so what colors did you go with? I need to find elves. Bill used to put ours up, but I don't like him going up and down on the ladder. It doesn't bother him, because he was a firefighter. That's what they do.
Chriss, I don't mind the painting part of it, it's all the prep and clean up I dislike. Little Mr. Elliot is getting bigger as they do. Glad the parents have relaxed a bit.
Maryz, that's awesome you get to see Gene again. Hope his cold isn't too bad.
Tina, what are you going to make for the baby?
Val, bummer about your post. It happens to us all occasionally.
Judi, sure hope you can find some resolve for the ulcer.
I've been cleaning up the sewing room. I move the loveseat about once a month. Jacks short black hair likes to collect underneath it. I'm almost done in there and then I'll clean up and see what I can get into.
Dinner will be Tortellini soup.
Have a lovely day.

I'm back.....
Today would've been my Mom's 88th birthday, 2 days ago was Mom and Dad's anniversary, it's tough this time of year...
Jana, I hope we get to see pics.
Chriss, 9½ pounds, he's getting nice and plump
I'm trying to make burp clothes for Saturday but so far I haven't found my diaper fabric, I love it on the opposite side as the flannel, if I can't find it I'll just make both side flannel. I did lay out some bright girl fabrics for a quilt, she's not due till end of March so I have time to make a quilt later.
Good night
Tina
