I will pray that your parents get home all right. Keep us informed so we can all pray until they get there.

Oh Bev, I am so sorry to hear that your elderly parents are out on the hwy and having a problem. We have neighbors that same age and they can barely drive to groc store or drs. Your dad is probably exhausted from the drive, especially on the interstate, if he isn't used to driving with all that fast traffic. Albq traffic is a nightmare anyway if they caught rush hour traffic.
Special prayers immediately to ensure their safety on the trip back to AZ. At least the weather in this area is good for traveling. I am sure your mother will be upset. So close to home and yet so far away. Where abouts in AZ do they live? MO is a long ways from AZ. We used to drive it almost every spring to see relatives in the midwest.
Prayers will continue until they are home safe and sound. Please keep us posted. Prayers for you too, as you wait by the phone, that God will bring you a feeling of comfort and peace knowing God is watching over them in their travels. Sending lots of hugs your way. May God bless your parents and you too today and always.
More hugs, dear friend, Shirley Mae

Thank you for all of your prayers. Mom just called and they are on a turnpike. They have decided to come to Missouri after all. They live in Flagstaff. Yes my mom is having health problems. The dr thinks its dementia. We bought a house (second home) in Surprise Az and mom and dad stay there in the winter too much snow in Flagstaff. Maryq your prayer for for patience must have helped! Thank you everyone. I know prayer works!
