Good morning! Y'all are so busy so early, I'm still waiting for my coffee. Grammie, I want to be a cat when I come back cause then I could sleep year round in the sun! The cold isn't so bad when its sunny. Today is supposed to be a warm one, possible 60's, the kids are already telling me they want to go fishing. I'm working on the turkeys for our calendar swap today.

Good Morning - Sitting here with my coffee this morning - No Work! Yay! Going to straighten up around here, jump in the shower and then I hope to be able to work on my Rolling Fields quilt. I almost have all the blocks made and then can start putting it together. Of course, for some reason I haven't been able to get in my sewing room this weekend!

Good Morning Everyone!
I have joined you with my tea. I have an eye appointment later in the morning. They will dialate my eye so there will be no sewing after that appointment for many hours. I am going for a walk before the appointment too.

Later I need to straighten the sewing room and press faric so I have it planned. This evening I will be pinning more of the Birds in the Air Blocks together.

CarolJ, I had the same issue with shells we brought back from the ocean by the time we got home they ere really stinking I soaked them it bleach water for a couple of day in the garage and they were very white and no more smell.

Good Morning All,
3 days of moving DD & kids is over I'm sore in places I didn't know I had.

Today will be laundry & more laundry. Also going to finalize my list on Embroidery Online and get the designs bought. Can't miss the sale.

Connecting Threads has material called "Irresistible Indigo 3", I'm really tempted to buy a lap quilt kit.

Lyn, I had a hard time not buying Indigo at the Quilt show this weekend.

keep warm everyone I have the day off, that is a benefit from changing from hospital based to school based therapy. I am going to watch the pre-Inauguration news today and just set up the tv to record big portions of tomorrow.

I am going to play with cotton today. I was going to clean my sewing/craft room but I don't have a tv in there so guess I can't ;( and my computer in there needs to be repaired so I can't even watch a DVD so........and I am a history buff so I am enjoying the tv shows on Lincoln and former Presidents.

weather 81°F | 47°F in CA and in Boston 32°F | 22°F looks like there is a heat wave on both coasts!

Looks like it is going to be another fabulous day here. This is not normal Seattle weather either, buit I like it better than the snow.

Going to the movies this afternoon to see Doubt. Other than that just working on the tossed 9 patch. DH had some pants that he asked me to repair for him. Gee does he think I know how to sew or something????

Sandy..I hope you enjoy Doubt. We saw it on stage before it went to Broadway and loved it. I haven't seen the movie version yet
