Good morning. It's turning out to be a beautiful day today. There is fog all around me but I can at least see across the street. I tried to get here earlier and was spinning in circles. I wonder how long they will keep this forum open for less than 10 people?

Yesterday I went to a few craft fairs. Bought a few things I wanted but didn't need and won a raffle prize that I gave to a friend of mine. We had fun. There is a craft fair today, but I am debating. I texted it to a friend, if she says she wants to go we will go, otherwise it's sweep the breezeway and garage day.

Lyn, it certainly is a roller coaster that you are on. rely on your helpers. I wish I had accepted help when offered while Jerry was sick, but I didn't. Prayers that his tests come out to his favor. And that the Oaks is a peaceful place for him to either recover or be on Hospice. Which ever path he takes, I pray you are at peace and feel the comfort of God about you. Glad you are seeing familiar faces.

Judi, hope Ken's MRI is uneventful and shows no issues. I imagine that there is a person doing MRI's every day of the week, why not schedule an appointment so they have something to to if there are no emergency MRI's needed. I bet your kitchen smells just like my grandma's. Bread baking and chicken frying. yum. Romaine lettuce is what I always use.

Maryz, Glad to know that dinosaurs belong on trees. If I ever get a dinosaur, I will look for a tree. Don't you just love how kids think? Dad is doing well, his follow up appointment is tomorrow. He will be here on Tuesday to do some hammering and sawing. Next job, after the oven hole, is window sills to prepare for the windows. Some are warped. Currently I have metal frames on my windows and they sweat warping the sills which are likely made of some kind of compressed pretend wood.

Valerie, glad to hear DH is up and about. I've had issues bringing up this site too. There are less than 10 of us who check in daily, kind of surprises me that it still operates.

Jana, glad you've moved from dino's to penguins. Penguins eat so much less that dino's.

Maryq, Your Aunt Ida sounds like she was a crafty lady. I passed her toffee recipe to Marilyn along with Jerry's other recipe's. I was at craft fairs most of yesterday. I had a lot of fun, and only spent a few dollars. I like to go to the craft fairs but don't think being a vendor is my thing. The kids will be here on the 21st for Christmas. I bought Elliott one of those little tykes rocking horses. It's low to the ground and blue. Santa already sent him a fisher price school bus with a letter telling him he was on the nice list. He will get it on Monday. I also like old time names.

Lori, glad that shoulder is getting better and will be fixed before the 5 weeks is up. I had a friend who also played the bells, it was a pretty neat thing to see. I think your friends will love the joy pillows. It's nice of you to make them.

I think I will call my friend and see if she wants to go to the craft fair. If not, I will put on a jacket and go outside to sweep cement.

No clue what dinner will be, If I go to the craft fair we will eat out and I won't be hungry at all.

You have a marvy day,
Chriss
