It supposed to warm up today to 70°. I hope so, I'm tired of cold and I don't envy y'all up north.

Yesterday morning we stopped at the hospital, but I didn't get to talk to the nurse. I was told that they were going to do a hi def scan on the gallbladder around noon. So Kaylyn and I headed for the Jeep dealer, the sales manager was going to give me a loaner car. On the way there, the service dept called and had my Jeep done. They had to reprogram something and gave me a new key fob battery. They charged me Zero. They said I was going through enough and they were sorry it took them so long. Friends Bob & Carol can track me on Life360 and saw me on the road and wanted to know where we were going. They were also headed to Burnet, they needed cattle feed. So we met at a Mexican restaurant I had heard about, for lunch. It was good to visit with them and get hugs. Then Kaylyn headed back to the MH to be with the dogs, and I went and talked with the administrator at Oaks Nursing facility. It's 25 miles from the house. I then drove to the house and got a couple things I needed. Dr called and told me they need to put a tube in the gallbladder, but can't do that until Monday, because he was given Plavic (sp) on the 3rd. He also told me Garry failed a swallow test. On my way back to the hospital the case manager called and said they would be releasing him some time next week and was my choice still the Oaks. I got back to the hospital to find him sleeping, but did open his eyes when I asked.

Jana, we could do 1-2 pieces of tinsel at a time. I cheated and did more when she wasn't looking.

Judi, hopefully Ken's spike was just a fluke and he'll be fine.

Maryz, all that rain is staying up north. We're supposed to get into the low 80's this week, but it's been in the 40's at night. Flip flops during the day, warm boots at night. lol No, my dad wasn't feeding the cat. He wasn't a cat lover. My mom wanted a fluffy Persian cat and didn't get one because of my dad. Me, I would have just got the cat and said deal with it.

TinaB, brrr..that's cold.

Lois, you must have short hair. You get it cut pretty regular. Mine can go quite a while between cuts, and it does.

Lyn, glad you met up with friends and got some hug. You need them. Is Kaylyn going to stay with you for good? Does she have a job?

I didn't make my soup yesterday. After PT my arm felt fine until the afternoon then started hurting. I had a hard time sleeping. We did our walk this morning and Jack has a laser appointment at 11. I will be making the soup today. My friend is playing the bells at a church this evening, so I'll go watch that later. I started a second "Joy" pillow. This one is all cotton and stitched on the machine. It will be a gift as well. So that's what I'll be doing today. As well as a few chores around the house.

Have a wonderful day.
