Tinab, people hang on to the things they love. When they pass, it's hard for the living to part with it even though it doesn't carry the same sentimental value. I put things aside then go back to them and realize it needs to go. It's a lot of emotional work. Hopefully they'll get though it and be better off. It probably feels like they've losing her all over again because they didn't deal with it earlier. Hope all works out.

Jana, glad your chairs are installed and working out. I bet it takes a bit to get used to them.

Maryq, I buy 505 on Amazon. The more you buy, the cheaper it is. I remember someone posting the recipe years ago, but I don't remember who it was.

Maryz, that was a really bad game. We turned it off and watched Jeopardy instead. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. How did the appointment go?

I had a class on Sashiko mending today. I really liked it and will try it on a few things. I had a hard time going to sleep last night so I'm tired. I will try and make it to 10 so I don't wake up in the middle of the night. We had leftovers for dinner.
