I'm back......
I made 70 tamales.
Lori I just put a pork sirloin in the crockpot with the red enchilada sauce and then shred it and put a little bit in the center of the masa and roll it up. They aren't really hard but gosh they sure take time. I think mine came out kinda dry this time but oh well.
Chriss, thanks, I still have more to go..... this time of the year is hard.

Today was the day my mom passed, it's been a difficult day. I've tried to stay busy.
