Re: Tuesday, April 8
Hello again,
Thanks for the warm welcomes....
FarmChick. I have horses, barrel race and several old retirees. Used to raise sheep a long time ago, but trying to slow down.
MaryQ. Thanks for the shorthand tips, some had me laughing for hours (FART) and DEX especially.
Izzy. Congrats on being published in McCalls
Purrfect-lady. Got a chance to finish up blocks on Night and Day quilt. This one is gonna be crib size so it's in fabrics I had on hand. If I can manage it I will post photo of block so you can see color.

Okay something happened, not sure there will be a picture, but here goes.
Have a good night everyone.
Joyce

Re: Tuesday, April 8
Joyce--great job on posting the picture! I really like your fabrics. Like I said earlier, Day and Night is a favorite to make. I'm going to do another table runner and bonus projects for my DDIL (Darling Daughter in Law) for Christmas. I worked for a trailer company years ago, and the boss's wife raised Appaloosa horses and competed in barrel racing.
Have I mentioned recently that I really hate the rentals... Hopefully in a few days I'll be doing the happy dance with MaryQ after getting rid of a problem tenant. She must be related to Mary's former tenant, as she really has taken advantage of my DH's good nature. Today was the last straw! I have spoken and written the eviction letter.
Enjoy your evening!

Re: Tuesday, April 8
it was sure warm today...thankfully the evenings are cool.
Judi, when you take a bone pill and wait 30 minutes to drink coffee, what would happen if you drank coffee? can you not eat either?
Diana, glad you're seeing sun.
Sue, you mean the quilting machine doesn't work without your help...
Cindyg.. I am sure all will go well for Don tomorrow.. glad you're having some company.. nothing more boring than sitting at the hospital alone.. having friends there will make the time go by quicker...
Maryq.. it's really AG mechanics... part of FFA... he is now teaching AG Biology and would rather teach AG shop of some kind.. the one he is applying for is small engines...Jerry just changed his blade so the lawn tractor race is on...get your goggles on granny,,,lol
Joyce, what kind of critters are you getting feed for? can't wait to see your D&N.. what is your color scheme.?
Maryz..don't be too hard on Scottie, maybe he was saving your life... could have been barking at another ceramic cat or maybe a wooden horse.. you never know what kind of trouble he may have saved you from.. I think he deserves a treat...he's a hero....Rich will still live 30 miles away from me...Gopher just brought her three kittens over for a debut...
Chickie, I always thought his name was DEX..... go figure.
Cindyg.. whatever you take for your arthritis.. make sure to ask a pharmacist first...
Carole, you and Maryz are really having a time with your pooches.....
O'Dorothy, I have a tote full of "the excitement wanes" quilts...congrats to your DGD.. what an accomplishment.. I am also very proud of her... and you're right, it really is good to be you...happy great grandbaby in July...I would love to send you about 20 degrees worth of sunshine...
Diana, I pin often.. otherwise my seams don't match worth a darn...
Izzy, you seem to be in the winning seat this month.. I suggest buying a lottery ticket.
Joyce, beautiful block.. really pretty.
well it's good night for me.. you all have a great night...
Chriss

Joyce: Beautiful block!! Love your choices of fabric, too.
Did you say this was the "Night and Day" pattern??
