Re: Saturday March 8th
Just popping in to say hello. I have been lurking on this website for many years. Joined years ago, just never really posted any pictures - just looking at all your beautiful quilts.
I am from St. Louis, and have been quilting for about 10 yrs. I just recently learned how to free motion, so I can finally finish the tops I have LOL! I can't afford to send out my quilts, so prior to this, most of my quilts I just stitched in the ditch or tied. So it is really fun to finally be able to finish them this way. All I have done so far is stippling.
I work out of my home full time, and tend to stay up WAY too late quilting!
I posted some quilts on the photo section, and was invited to come to this forum. I look forward to meeting you all, and getting to know each of you.

Velda - I saw the picture on FB and copied it here. I have been trying to find the original picture but I haven't found it yet. I guess there must several in the world. interesting concept though.

MINNESOTA we're out of the DEEP FREEZE looked at city map, apparently lots of streets frozen pipes, & water main breaks.. I live in older neighborhood, none of these problems occurred yet, count my blessings. They haven't found missing airplane..
