I put together row A in the SBS quilt. However I changed block 8 for another one. Technical difficulties.
Now I am moving on to putting sleeves on 4 quilts that are entered in the guild show March 29. The labels are not done yet. O well.
All week has been a challenge. First the water heater went out had a piece put on. Thought that fixed it then found out I am out of propane. My ex told me I had enough until spring. Cant get guy in due to snow . Thank goodness my stove is electric. Then yesterday the wood burner wasn't working. Got down to 57 in house I gave up called you no who, the chimney was plugged .
At least today is warmer. I feel like joining some of you in California. My son is living out there. Just a thought.

Good morning!
Just wait the weather wil change - but may not be for the good - seems as if I get it first around here and it is snowing lightly right now - nothing is sticking to the ground - and we are at a balmy 33! There are more storms lined up to the west of me, just waiting their turn. The rain that we have had over the past few days has melted all the snow off the valley floor.
Sarah is on her way over - she had to work this morning - so Ethan is down for a nap and we will have a chance to sew, now that she is done for the day with work.
I have my embroidery machine running, finishing up the last of the birdhouses - hope to be done today and mail them off tomorrow - my self imposed deadline.
Not much going on here - it has quieted down with FIL - he is going through cycles of ups and downs -

Cindyb, I am so glad) it warms my heart! I know that your words are what every quilter loves to hear from a gifted quilt, thank you.
We're goint to hit right at 80* today....started out at 29* I just hope the winds don't blow dust, my downfall.
I'm looking forward to this weekend, no school Monday so it's a 3 day weekend, I'm hoping to get some much needed rest to get over this cough. I pulled a muscle or something around my left side into my front the other night so that's fun!
Carole, you, Chriss and me all have great minds ;o) we all think alike!
Kathy2, I think that move sounds like a good idea to me) I've asked my kids not to move far away LOL or else they just have to have a bedroom for me. I told them I had them for a reason......because I wanted to be around them for my life ) Yep I know I'm selfish LOL oh well that's me )

Well, I got to my treatment today but they have cancelled all the appointments tomorrow. Good thing cause I wasn't going anyway. I have Nina and all the stuff I need to start the baby quilt. I think I am going to run out to my studio and get a couple more things cause I am starting to change one thing. I hope everyone stays warm and safe no matter what the weather is where you are.

So many post since my last one. I may not be able to answer you all.
My eyes are fine....I guess I should be happy it took over an hour. She was very nice.
Stopped to get fish. It may be good for you but not your wallet...Haddock was $13 @ LB. Got a $9 piece for 2 meals.
My DD's quilt should be all quilted in 5 weeks. I picked a scrolly design & a thin cotton batting.
The new tires are so black compared to the old ones. Can't wait to go driving in the snow.
Sherry....I wish I could have gone to breakfast with you. Love breakfast out.
Judi....frozen hair...can you get a photo? For my snowy day I'm going to bake some bread & share with my sister.
Lea....congrats on posting photos. I have yet to do it. Is that you back yard?
