hey there.. work flew by this afternoon. Jerry made a wonderful apple cake that I am going to enjoy eating.. I am not usually much of a sweet eater but this isn't too sweet to eat...

I did receive some PM's with addresses.. not many but some... I will get them compiled this weekend.. it's hard to do anything productive after work.

Maryz.. nope, not working 4/10's. just taking a vacation day friday and Monday.. sorry Scottie used to listen before you took him to Tina's house... but you used to real ALL of my post before you went to Tina's too.. hmmm, wonder what's up at Tina's that causes all this rowdyness.?

Sherry, I'm slowly collecting addresses... why do you give pepper an iv?

Judi, I have only one thing to say about your trip... when in doubt about the weather come to California.. it should be in the 70's this weekend... if you leave now you can make it...

Cindy.. so sorry about my Texas comments... I do need to tell you that part of my family comes from North Texas (Sherman) and I am an honorary Texan... it says so on my coffee cup... my state is long and skinny. and I am smack dab in the middle..

Karlene.. Jerry's fav. cake is German chocolate too...when Mar first came here she only ate Ramen and popcorn... and very little else.. now she eats lots of things....but you're right, kids do dictate what every one eats if you let them.... it's taken us a few years but she's turned around...it can be done.

Chickie.. I knew it.. I knew Pinterest had a vacuume that sucked a person it... that explains so much...

Jana.. thanks for sticking up for my now and your ex skinny state...lol

O'Dorothy... Mar still doesnt' want her food to touch and wipes off her fork and has a hard time using one napkin over and over.. but she eats veggies now, and not just the peas you can swallow whole...I love that Jim told you pot wasn't working and you knew he meant the coffee pot...lol...

Tina.. what does Jaz watch on tv.. just curious.. thanks for sticking up for me on how big Texas is... it was nice of Cindy to let us know which end they keep their cows and oil on incase we ever need to do a little rustling...lol

Cindy.. I will have you and DH in my prayers, especially on Monday.. take a note book and write down questions and answers...seems like if were a dire emergency you'd be in his office this week...I bet the assistant is a worry wart and loves drama...when you get there stick your tongue at her for me...be sure to let us know what's going on..xo

Vicky.. hope you get better soon.. guess this means someone else will need to watch over MIL... sort of makes me think this is God's way of slowing you down a bit???

Linda, what a hoot.. your brain is normal for a person your age... I would have asked if it were a normal brain for a 40 year old.. or maybe a 20 year old.. I would have ended up with some kind of age range...lol... I don't think you are imagining your eye site stuff... one eye can help out the other eye for years and years.. this could have easily started back when you had the brain of a teenager..so it's going to take some time for the weak eye to catch up to the strong eye..it will be fixed, it just takes time...

I promise to have some kind of a address spread sheet this weekend... and will send it to Sharona so she can have a copy...

it's almost time to watch El on the mystery quilt..

Linda--I was relieved, as I know you were too, that your brain was normal for your age... too funny! Hopefully your eye will begin to clear up and you'll be seeing single once again soon. So glad you're here with us!!! Sometimes coffee affects me at night; most often I can sleep like a baby after several cups. I don't have much trouble sleeping unless I know I need to rest to get up early--then it's like I've had triple shots of caffeine in triplicate.

Chriss, enjoy a piece of that apple cake for me too! Yummy! Jaz was watching a couple reading programs LOL I don't know the names but I sit and watch them with her She put me to sleep for about 5 minutes today, we were sitting on the couch together and she wanted me to lay my head on her lap, my head was a little heavy for her little lap so I told her I'd put it right beside her on a cushion and she started playing with my hair and POOF I was out cold LOL Thank goodness I had text DD earlier and she answered me back right then and woke me up LOL Lazy Grandma.
GrammieQ, ooooooohhhhhhh my, I can hardly wait to see them! I bet they're gorgeous!
Well we're watching the Olympics I really love watching them! Some are real nail biters! Others I'm ouching with every fall.
