Hi I just have a few minuets and I just wanted to tell everyone that I was always a fan of nb so I got another pair a half size bigger in wide with and I am a happy camper.

Good evening,,,I was working in the basement all day....2 trash bags,,,and 3 empty bins,,,,,and all the lights are checked....it was fun, I found a couple of things stashed away such a surprize,,,,I found my dad's 48 star flag....it is tattered and has a few holes but it was tucked away in a bin I thought was Christmas. turned out to be stuff....I also found a box of cassette tapes.. most of it Christmas music....and another box of cds...not all Christmas either,,, I wish I had a cassette player so I could see if these still work.....I used to dance around the living room with my kids with these going playing Christmas music,,,we played it loud.....and when DD was little we always played Kenny Rogers and Dolly Partons Christmas,,,while we decorated the tree,,her favorite was "I believe in santa claus" we sang it loud too.....And since I live with MR Scrooge it was always fun to run Ken out of the house.....LOL. He doesn't hate Christmas he just doesn't get into it like I do....I have one sone who doesn't but the rest are Christmas "nuts" like me...
Very stormy here,,,,thunder and lightening and winds,,,,,my new address might be OZ...lol

OH my if I sewed one more thing wrong and pulled out one more thread I was going to scream LOL Sewed blocks upside down. Cut off too much on pp block and had to redo AHHHHHH Two blocks took me over hour and half lol. what on earth was wrong with me. I quite will try again tomorrow:)) But did get two sbs blocks done

what a marvelous sewing weekend... I finished my SS stuff and have it all wrapped and sealed in the box.. it will hit tomorrows mail and be on it's merry way...and, not to break tradition, I failed to put a card or note in the box...

Marilyn even started a project.. mostly sewing a few squares together but she gets bored easily and has set it aside to do later...she wasn't thrilled that her "spot" to put things wasnt' in the middle of my sewing table...lol...

I think I will go get my jammies on and see what else I can create...

it's really been a great weekend, I feel like I hadn't sewn in years...
