Good afternoon from sunny, but chilly, SW. Pa....With the upcoming cold weather moving in, I have electric blanket, flannel sheets and my flannel PJs, all in place...I'm not taking any chances......

Not too much happening in this neck of the woods...Today, I'm just pacing myself...What gets done, gets done....All the baking and then the meeting and getting home late last night has worn me to a frazzle.....I think the best remedy will be to spend the afternoon with my machine...I'm working on a fall table runner for our card party but there's always a project or 2 or more that need taken care of.....

Suzette, your list was very interesting...I can remember, probably about 40 years ago, my dear late Mom telling me pretty much the same thing...And she always said, everyone has that "C-cell" and it takes something big to trigger it....Way back then we just agreed and went on with our lives, not really thinking about it....It's a good list to live by.....

Carole, I'm turning green just reading about your quilt camp...What a neat, neat adventure..I've tried to get a group going at our church but no one seems interested..I said it could be quilting, knitting, crocheting, anything but so far no dice....I think around here there are too many who just want to go and buy, not make their own...They don't know what they're missing..............

Cindy, so glad to hear the furbaby is on her way to feeling better...Feel so bad for them when they're ailing.....

And speaking of furbabies, we have a new visitor on our back porch, besides the raccoons...Another grey tabby male has taken up residence and seems quite content...He is gorgeous, very friendly and fully intact, which could be trouble in the neighborhood....Jim really has taken a liking to him and makes sure he gets his share of the buffet and a blanket...We do have a gal down the street that helps with a rescue organization and I'm hoping she'll be able to find him a good inside forever home along with the "fixing"...I don't think Baby Girl would put up with us bringing in another.....

Well, I think I need a cup of tea and then head to the sewing room.....I tell Jim, I'm in my "office", which means, don't bother me..lol..............

You all have a great day.............
