Re: Tuesday, May 7th
Good afternoon -
Don't know how much time I have here - Little one should be waking up from his nap any minute - oh well...
Spent the morning looking for the TV remote - Ethan must have hidden it very well - it is no where to be found - so I went up on the internet and ordered a new one - asked Michael if I should order a second, in case this one gets lost - he said no - what use will we have for three! LOL You know it will show up as soon as the new one gets here!
Very quiet around here these days, not much going on except for the usual stuff - uglies, cooking and babysitting.
Matt and Crenda are coming out here on Mother's Day to cook dinner for me - which is very nice. The little boys will help out too.
What wonderful news about those girls being found in Cleveland! Miracles do happen!
Well must scoot off - little one is stirring!
Congrats Maryq on Elijah's arrival - this is better for you - he will be home and you can spend all your grandma time holding him! Not waiting for him to make his appearance!
Suzette - that will be a great Christmas Stocking Stuffer! What fun for your family to have a new little one too!
Hugs
Jana

I did manage to post some pictures in photo. My goodness photobucket has changed again. Not sure it is easier for us older dogs but I was just getting used to the old one....
I was watching a bi of that trial that is the gal who killed her boyfriend...she shot him stabbed him and slit his throat and said self defense....Hmmmm I am sure she is nuts. and guilty.

Tina - my DD is due about the same time as yours! So fun to be looking forward to the arrival of new babies.

Hi Everyone,
Lori - I have lots of herbs too. This year I have planted 4 basil plants to go with all those tomatoes. I already have Sage, Oregano, Thyme, Mint, Rosemary and Majorem. I really enjoy having them so close and fresh!
Marilyn - The Spring Fire is in Ventura County and is about a 1-1/2 hour trip north of here. That is not to say we did not have smoke. We definitely had smoky air quality. My lungs and throat still haven't quite recovered. Last Friday, though, we were going out to dinner and saw smoke which looked like it was in one of the canyons between housing. We ended up seeing four fire trucks respond. While we were at dinner we saw at least two of them leave. They really jumped on it quickly.
It rained off and on yesterday and then this morning sprinkled more. My car is a mess! Think I will go wash it before dinner.
