Q7, great choice of fabrics...

Grammie, yep, another day...it really is getting easier.... I am a bit hooked on these Hershey sticks... they are chocolate and are supposed to be 100 calories... well they come in mint chocolate, caramel chocolate and dark and milk.... love them... they are my after meal pick me up....

Carolyn and Lori, I pray your house is spared... and you don't have to evacuate.... I also pray it rains like crazy.....

CArin, good luck with the raw diet.... sounds really nutritious.

I agree Carin, it is cool for Carolyn to still be involved with the Girl Scouts. It is neat that you are teaching others to be leaders Carolyn.

Carin - I am glad putting them in the blender helps. Maybe I should try it. What was that recipe?

oh i loved being a troop leader..the girls were always a blast it is usually the parents who create the problems. I still have 4 girls who are finishing their Gold Awards I just don't do the weekly meetings I help with events. I love watching the girls become independent young women.

Those pictures are terrifing!

Carole basicly you can put any combo of veggies and fruit you want, I used Spinich, carrots, apples, parsley, ginger and bananas. I juiced the carrots, apples and parsley first cause they are hard to blend smooth.

The pictures are so unbelievable! I looked on the list of where forum members live and debisews1 (Debi) lives in Chino. She must be very close as well. As others and I have said we need to keep all those affected in our prayers. The firefighters are doing an amazing job in saving any of the homes. The winds have been awful for them.
