Finished. Is it a Table Topper or a Wall Hanging

Post by maryq » Sun Dec 09, 2007 4:39 pm

Okay I finished it... binding and all!

Now, do I hang it on the wall (it's just pinned there now) or use it on top of my table????

That turned out so nice! You could use it for either where do you have more space/need?

I think wall hanging because it looks like a window. I love the fabric and the rick rack!!

I'm thinking wall hanging

Now it's just stuck with pins over a picture already on the wall. But if I take the picture down, and hang it straight it might look pretty for Christmas! Doesn't exactly FIT my table, but it was a fun pattern to try anyway! The fans were from a pattern, but I made up the red strips. You can't see it well in the picture but I quilted a little tiny flower in the middle of the black square.... just might make that my little "signature"

Your Tabletopper/Wallhanging turned out really nice. I think I would hang it on the wall for decoration, it does look like a window :)

I'm loving it! The ricrac added a little 'zip' to your fans! Cute wall hanging...and done just in time to hang it up for the holidays! I know everyone who comes to your house will enjoy it...especially YOU! ;-)

Mary- I really like the colors you chose. Very rich looking. I too, would hang it on the wall. Well done. And before Christmas. LOL

You did beautiful work and I agree, it should be hung on a wall for everyone to see.
