Friendship Redwork queen size quilt.
Here is how I planned it in EQ6
Here is the center. It is not quilted yet because my quilting machine is waiting on back ordered feed dogs. I wore them out.
Here are the blocks from my mother's string quilt and the linning. I took the blocks apart, washed the blocks, the top had been a trunk for years and had some stains on some of them. I just finished pressing them today. I also finished a pr. of pants today but they are in the laundry so I am not showing them.

How nice! I love the colors of your attic windows! I have great admiration for anyone who can do Y seams without puckers.

Thanks for your comments and compliments ladies.
For you who mentioned the y seams. I sometimes teach a beginner quilting class at the place where I buy all my supplies. My students make a table runner of 4 different blocks statring with a very simple 4 patch and proceeding through more difficult block until the last block , a Le Moyne Star. I tell them that if they learn to make this block they will never be afraid of y seams again.
