A dear forum member sent me these wooden spools for my grandhildren.
Wanted to post a picture of them playing with them. Couldn't figure out how to send it just to her, so now you all get to see!

Oh, I Just noticed the cones and labels in the pic. Can you tell my DH is a retired forester.....teaching them young!!!

Susie, I grew up on a tree nursery, my father was the manager, but I coulnd't tell one tree from another. Well, maybe a pine from a maple but that's about it1 I did love growing up with all those trees, though!

Beautiful children! They sure seem to be content and happy. Love the times you have with your Dear Grands. Times like this will be s good memory forever. Thank You for sharing the pic. Love seeing the kiddos.
