Hello All...seems like I have been gone from the boards forever. We had a big 100th Anniversary celebration of the VA in our town last Saturday. I was involved heavily with the parade. All went off beautifully.
The week before I went on my yearly quilt retreat. This year Sue Bourchard was our featured teacher, and as usual she had us all in stitches. The theme this year, since it was the 12th year, was "A Quilters' Dozen." Everything was about chickens and eggs. So here are a few pictures from our wonderful event. This was the first year it was held in Deadwood and everyone loved the new venue.
Here is Sue doing her famous CHICKEN DANCE!!!!

Sue and me in front of the Magic Vine table runner we made.

So anyway....a wonderful time was had by all. I'm just now getting caught up on rest. Life sure got wild for a while, but now it will get back to normal I hope.
