The pattern is in QIAD book "SCRAP QUILTS".
I don't think the cute bear is in the book, but you can use anything for the 18" "Pillow Case".

yep, he is appliqued.... I used a stained glass pattern for him. The other one I am making is a bunny. Will post unfolded pics ASAP
