I finally finished one of my ufos. This is the first tote bag I have ever made.

It is hand embroidered needle and thread in lower left square and a pair of scissors in the upper right square.

Don't it feel great to finish something! I just get such a warm fuzzy when I finish something.... it's very rare, but it sure does feel good!

I have 3 tote bags cut out for gals at work, I just might have to lock myself in my sewing room on Sunday and get them done. I'm needing some warm fuzzies!

Another beautiful bag! I really want to make one but I can't do it without a pattern.

Anyone know of a really easy pattern to follow? Should I just try the one in Egg Money Quilts?

I never thought about putting something like your darling embroidery on one side of a bag...and the spools are perfect
