Mexican Star
Mexican Star is a wall quilt with a different technique to make the star block with a curved affect. It is done by folding squares and sewing them into the block...then after the blocks are put together, the folded blocks are turned back with a hem and sewed by machine...something like the "Cathedral Window" pattern.

Very nice. My quilt group made the Mexican Star and it was interesting to see the colors everyone used.
