I have never had a great desire to become a bag lady but after all the pretty bags you ladies have shown lately, I am thinking I need to jump into the game, too.

Very nice! I like the Log Cabin best.
At the end of Chapter one in Egg Money Quilts, Eleanor gives instructions on how to make these including the little tuck on the bottom. I'm still determined to make one. Now that I've seen the log cabin one, that's the one I want to make.
