Re: My New Sewing Room
Hi maryq...love the new room. What a woman...putting up your own shelves, fixing light switches, etc. I'm such a whimp. DH has to do all mine. Guess you learn to do what you have to do...right?
I love the glass bricks that make your shelves. That's a cool idea.
You probably won't come out of there for a week.

Oh OH I forgot the M & M's!!!! What was I thinking!! I think I'll have to get a dish and throw lots of treats in it. Tootsie Roll Pops, Reisens, Lemon Drops, let's see... what else?
Am headed down there this morning to see if I can mess it up a little by doing some sewing. Started a tote bag last night for my God Daughter in Colorado.. maybe I can get that finished before I have to go to work this afternoon!

PS
That window faces west, so it gets sun all afternoon! There are shrubs there that need trimming badly, so as soon as I get that done it will be even brighter in there. Won't even need to turn on the ceiling light!

When my DEX was here, if I had to ask him 3 times to do something for me, and it wouldn't get done, I figured out how to do it myself. If he complained that I didn't do it right and I'd "well, I asked you....."

Werther's Originals would fit in your candy dish well.
