Gals, PLEASE, try to remember that some of us still have dial up and large photos take forever to load. If they are huge, I simply can't wait 4-5 MINUTES for them to be viewable.

If people are using photobucket you can edit your photo before posting to make it smaller. That's a good point.

When you go to resize, select the "message board" option.

IowaGal, we will keep the dial up people in mind... I'm just learning, and would love to have everyone see these. My folks are on dial up, and so I know how long it takes!

I don't have photo bucket on my computer, How do I down load it? I have adobe. I have to scan my pics then put them in folder called my pictues. How would I take them ot of folder and put on here. Or do I just send them by e-mail to one of you??? I am also on dial up.

Thank you ladies. I don't mean to be prickly, but I WANT to see these pics, and this 2 tin cans and a string dial up service can be extrememly frustrating!

Also, I use Image event www.imageevent.com I started out as a trial member, but I pay 25 bux a year and have done so for 5, so I am very happy with them. I like I can upload documents as well, for me, that comes in handy!

Thanks for the info on the website. . .I just went there and it looks like a wonderful way to store pics and things. I like that you can disable the "right click" so no one can copy anything. If you have been there for 5 years and have had no trouble then sounds like a good deal. I'll probably join it also. Thx again.
