Each block is hand sewn with the blocks connected with a double zigzag by machine, It has no backing or batting,,it is quite heavy for its size though, there are 169 blocks approximately 41/4 inch and this whole project is about 18yrs in the making, I kept putting it aside for other things, It is about 60x60 and i am calling it done. There are no duplicate fabrics in the blocks,,,All 169 are different xxx

Your quilt is awesome! And so nice to have it completely done! I think you said once it was going over a couch in your man cave. Is that still the plan?

What a beautiful quilt!! You should be nice and warm come winter. 18 years and finally done NOW that is the longest UFO I've seen so far, I might be a close contender.

It is Lovely. 169 hand sewn blocks, Wow, that is a special quilt. I didn't know you could do double zig bag on a machine.
