Kitty Cat Quilt for “Kumquat”

This quilt is for our new little granddaughter who will be making her appearance Apr 7. For now we call her “kumquat” cuz When Autumn told us she was pregnant she described the baby as the size of a kumquat. We will find out if they have any other names for her on April 7. 😁.

We are a family of cat lovers. This quilt is for tummy time on the floor. We intend to raise her right with cats everywhere! The backing is cats and bookshelves. Mommy is A cat-loving Librarian. The cat patterns are from a book called “Claire’s cats“ by Darcy Ashton. It measures about 64 in.²

Purr-fect! And one of the kitties is the color of a kumquat! Orange. See each one needs a name! LOL!

Very cute! I like the addition of the other animals too! You could name the cats after those you or Autumn has had in her life???
