Quilt in a Day Forums

This is the quilt I made five or six years ago for my friend Marilyn. It was supposed to be her wedding quilt but the wedding did not happen. She has since been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and is moving across the country to be closer to family. Someone on this forum suggested to me that I finish the quilt and give it to her anyway and I thought that was a terrific idea. And she will never know it was to be her wedding quilt. So sshhhh..... mum's the word! I made it from Quilt In A Day‘s booklet, Tennessee waltz. It is about 70 x 80“

It is totally gorgeous Mary! And you made it for her, no matter then or now so it's the perfect gift ❤ she will always have it to cherish ❤
