Graduation quilt finished
Here are the pictures I promised.
I am working on my label today.
Tying a full size quilt left necery curious if it would turn out ok.
I feel very satisfied with the look. Makes for a very interesting feminine look. I think I am very pleased.

Velda, it's beautiful! I know she'll treasure it always. Are these her school colors? Her favorite colors? Your fave colors?

Re: Graduation quilt finished
Maryz, Rebecca gave me the idea of yellows and blues. I shopped on line and ordered as we were all shut in back in April and May. I had found this pattern and sent a picture of what it looked like. She loved the pattern. That's all she knows. Has not seen anything since. She has no idea how I put the colors together. I ordered more fabric than I figured I needed because the original pattern was about 58 x 70 and I needed it to fit a full size bed. It took me a long time to refigure how many rows and columns. But that was part of the fun and challenge.
I am very glad it ended up such a generous size with my additions. Now it will even be useable on a queen size down the road in years to come
It was a fun project!
