I am back to making this pattern again. I want to make 4 more for special gifts.
I just LOVE this pattern.
My lastest one was made with piecing 2 1/2" blocks to make the size I needed for front and back upper section. Had to add a strip on bottom and a piece on each side. But oh, did it look special when I was finished.

Love this pattern. The only thing I add is a zipper. Nancy Zieman had it on her show and you can probably find a tutorial on it. I think she was so easy to watch and learn from. PBS some times carrys her show thou not often. You can insert it when you are completed your bag. Not hard to do and safer than an open bag.

Adding a zipper is a neat idea. Finding instructions for that, might be a challenge.
