While walking with my neighbor and our two dogs this morning we came across this little guy. We think he might have flown into a car and stunned himself. With two excited dogs, there wasn’t much we could do for him but a woman in a car called fish and wildlife and then parked so she could keep other traffic away from him. We continued our walk and on our return trip he was gone and so was the woman. My hope is he “woke up“ and flew away.

After looking at the photo again, this Owl may have an attitude. Wasn't it Sylvester Stallone in a movie who said, "Hey, you looking at me? Are you looking at me?"

I think he looks cuddly. what a treat.
