This is one of the two dolls that I have been sewing - it is going to California, for my Karlie. so I finished it up first. Karlie is a little toe-haired blondie, so I tried to find yarn as close as I could. I may add another dress to the stash before shipping it. The doll is wearing her underwear in the picture! The duckie outfit is a nightgown. The doll pattern is one I saved from making Sarah this same doll when she was 4 years old - 40 years ago! Oh, forgot - need to buy the socks that go as well.
Thanks for looking - y'all are great!

How fun for your Katie to have a special doll from her Grandmother!! She will have many hours of fun and possibly will be saved for her own daughter some day. A definite heirloom for her family. Love the jumper and embroidery!
