Thanks you all your nice comments. It was fun, but really took a long time, doing hexis first, not even knowing what would be created. Just a work in progress. Good feeling to look forward to my quilting pals helping me sandwich it this fall. This will be anniversary gift for November 2020. That gives me time to quilt it. Might try doing hand quilting with a lap loom that I bought last winter. We'll see??

I have not tried "hexies" before. They made up beautiful and delicate looking petals! Very pretty! I like the green sashing, it compliments the leaves. Have fun with the quilting, as it could be a nice heirloom quilt.

Velda, What a pretty quilt. I sure do like quilts made from tons of different color fabrics. Some of my favorites are made that way.
