Thank you all for your kind comments. Diane mentioned that she might try it. I definitely recommend Eleanor's book because it comes with a template in addition to her great instructions. There's also a video available online.

Very beautiful! I have El's book and have used it to make smaller quilts and 'mountain borders', but I haven't done a full sized quilt like this one. Yet. Congrats to you! Love the pillows, too!

Your quilt is absolutely gorgeous!! Your colors and fabrics blend perfectly. The purple/lavender with the greens is very peaceful. Thank you for sharing. Such an inspiration to try this pattern!
