Ok, here are my newest projects! The tree skirt is actually reversible and that is the same skirt. This was my first stocking!!!! I really did not feel like making a lining and trying to get it to fit just right, so simply sewed the wrong sides of the stocking together and made my very first bias binding. It went around those curves like a dream. Don't know why I ever dreaded it! Now I am in the mood to make lots of stockings!

Great-looking projects.

I like the idea of a reversible tree skirt.

Love the tree skirt! I made some of those stocking for Christmas last year too for our daughters and their fellas. I chose fabric for the cuff that fit each person (ex: camo for the hunter of the bunch!) Then we stuffed them with all kinds of nonsense. The liked the stockings better than the gifts! Great fun!

I had not thought of camo! I am going to do two football stockings for my husband and son and applique their jersey #s on the cuff. I am going to make some small stockings to decorate with, probably hang them on my stairway with some candy canes in them or something.
